Birth Doula 

Caroline Budhan is a Birth Doula from New York City. She has trained with DONA certified instructor, Rina Crane in the DONA code of ethics.  In Caroline’s Doula work, she uses her training as a Reiki Practitioner, Rebozo and other comfort techniques to soothe and guide women through labor.  Caroline believes in the power of touch and audio reassurance.  As a professional birth worker, Caroline understands the needs of her clients and serves as an emotional and informational support in a gentle and non-judgmental manner. She is a loyal advocate and partner throughout the process. She believes that birth can be a very empowering experience and knows that doula support greatly increases the likelihood of a positive birth experience.

Caroline Budhan has been practicing Reiki since 2015. She trained in Reiki Level I, II & III in New Jersey with Reiki Master/Teacher, Juanita Martin. She is committed to creating a safe space for people to learn more about wellness and discover their innate power within to heal. Currently, no workshops scheduled for 2024.
